Cost code billing allows you to allocate a user or charge code to any outbound phone call.
These calls are then shown listed under their codes on your monthly bill.
To use it simply dial The Phone Co-op's 4-digit prefix followed by your 'cost code'. Most customers use a 2-digit cost code, but our service will support up to 4 digits if required.
Calls on your bill will be listed first by the telephone number from which the calls were made and then sub-divided by the individual cost codes.
