Candidates

Ten nominations have been received for two places on the Board of Directors, and a ballot is therefore necessary.

Each candidate has submitted a personal profile, they can be viewed or downloaded here.

In accordance with the Rule changes approved by members in 2006, the two candidates receiving the highest number of votes will be elected to serve for three years.

Voting

Completed ballot papers should be returned to:

The Scrutineers, Membership Department, The Phone Co-op,
FREEPOST 1922, Chipping Norton, Oxon, OX7 5BR

to arrive no later than 5.00 p.m. on Monday 12 January 2009.

No stamp is required and you can reuse your envelope by folding the ballot paper so that the printed address on the back of the ballot paper appears in the envelope window.

Please do not enclose any other correspondence or payments in the same envelope, as these envelopes will not be opened until the day of the count.

Ballot papers may not be photocopied and they may not be sent by fax. It is not possible to vote by email.

The Phone Co-op belongs to its members. Every member has a vote and this is your chance to choose the people who will serve on your Board of Directors. Please don't forget to use your vote!
