How do I change tariff?
Yes, go to the online ordering pages and choose a new tariff. You will need to know your customer account number.

Can you bar certain types of numbers being dialled from my line?
We can usually bar calls to premium rate numbers, mobiles and international numbers.

Do you offer discount packages, e.g. Friends and Family, like BT?
No we don't, because we discount all our calls.

Do you have a minimum call charge?
The Caller Plus tariff minimum call charge is 1.15p (inc. VAT).
Minimum call charge for all other tariffs is 4.6p (inc. VAT).

Are calls billed by the second or by the minute?
We bill by the second and round up or down to the nearest penny.

I live in a shared house and we want to divide up the calls between several different people.
You should find cost-code billing is ideal.

Can I use The Phone Co-op's services from outside the UK?
Not at present.

Do you offer a calls service to cable users?
Yes we do. The access code is an 11 digit 0800 number and the calls cost the same as over non-cable lines. Cable customers cannot use the automated access or cost centre billing services but we recommend that you programme the prefix into a memory button on your handset.
